Therapy designed to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
I offer counseling for individuals who are ready to engage in the work of change — whether that means understanding yourself more deeply, building practical tools for managing difficult emotions, or finding your way through a season that feels overwhelming. All services are available in-person in Nashville and virtually across Tennessee.
Individual therapy is a one-on-one space to explore what's weighing on you, understand the patterns at play, and build practical tools for lasting change. Together, we'll work to understand not just what's happening, but why — and what can be done about it.
Adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, or any season that feels harder than it should. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you've been before, you're welcome here.
Grief doesn't follow a timeline or a neat set of stages. It can show up as sadness, anger, numbness, confusion, or a combination that shifts from day to day. Loss takes many forms — the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of a role or identity, or the grief that comes with change itself.
My approach to grief is not about "moving on" or "getting over it." It's about finding a way to carry what you've lost without being consumed by it. We'll work at your pace, making space for the full range of what you feel, while building the support and tools you need to move forward in a way that honors what matters to you.
Men are often told to be strong, to hold it together, to figure it out on their own. That message can make it hard to ask for help — even when you need it. My men's mental health services offer a direct, grounded space where you don't have to perform or pretend.
I'm relational and direct. We'll talk about what's actually going on, not just what sounds good. No clinical jargon, no dancing around the hard stuff. Just honest conversation, practical tools, and a focus on building a life that feels more like yours.

I do not accept insurance directly, but I'm happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider about out-of-network mental health benefits.
